SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA
2016 April 11-13.
“From the images and impressions you should feel dizzy …” – my sister writes today. And from the heat – we would add.
The last day was really full of activities. We visited the most famous Angkor temples. We not gonna tell stories about them, you can read in Wikipedia if interested .
Just inviting you to “traveling” through our photos. They speak for themselves …
It leaves us a strong impression visit the world’s largest religious inheritance. Powerful. Eyes are unable to cover everything, and particularly fancy details. And all of this was built in the 12th century. Mystery …
Well, in addition to the historical side, we personally will remember a long rattling tuk- tuk ride for 60 kilometers one way to one of the many special temples – Beng Mealea …
Went with tuck-tuk because there have agreed a good price. Nobody for $ 20 would go so far! Total 4 hours spent on the road. The long ride was really worth it, but the next time we would choose a different type of transportation.
Also decided to take a guided tour in Angkor Wat, hoping that we will hear from the lips of local history, interesting facts about the temples. Big Fail. Our guide was more interested in playing with Lani and taking photographies with her in different places.
One more time we proofed to ourselves that to travel with a group of people – not our style.
For we remember ANGKOR WAT- main temple, where we met one evening sunset, sunrise next rytą- with Lani asleep in her arms. 🙂 magical place …
We wish you all one day to visit this place!
