They are selling some tourist packages, but you don’t need to buy them. Just ask them for a free sim card or two or three. Just to keep in mind that it’s still valid for 3 days from the first time you put the sim card in. Because stands at the airport doesn’t sell load of 50, they have 100, 300 and 500 amounts, you’ll need to get one you out in town.
